With his extensive clinical experience, Dr Fishman regularly takes instruction from solicitors to prepare medical reports in a number of areas. Over the last 20 years, he has gained particular experience in cases of post-accident chronic pain and fibromyalgia (so called 'post-traumatic fibromyalgia'). He has written over 150 reports and appeared in Court on a number of occasions as an Expert Witness. 

In addition, he has written reports on post-accident chronic fatigue, as well as general arthritis and other rheumatological issues, in both adults and children. Dr Fishman works through solicitors and several medico-legal reporting companies, such as Premex and Speed Medical, but unfortunately he cannot take instruction from individual Claimants, only though Solicitors or their representatives.
